The Saddle Brook High School Student Council has assembled a food drive to help local citizens who are in need and to supplement local food pantry supplies that have been taxed by the recent hurricane. The club has placed signs around the school and the township asking for others to donate any foods they have. Items in demand include canned vegetables, breakfast cereals, soup, and pasta. High school students are encouraged to bring food items to their first period teacher or to the main office. All supplies will be delivered directly to the food pantry to be distributed for Thanksgiving or will be used to replenish supplies. All are welcome and encouraged to participate.
