When: Every Monday from September 28th—November 23rd.

Tuition: $140 Session

Times: Session 1: 6:30PM—7:00P.M: For Grades Pre-K thru 1st Grade

Session 2: 7:00-7:30P.M: For Grades: 2nd through 5th Grade

Join us for an enriching 8-week series designed to nurture children’s socialemotional growth through movement, mindfulness, and joyful connection. Each class invites children to explore self-awareness, spatial awareness, and peer collaboration in a supportive and uplifting environment. Sessions will include a short story read-aloud. Please bring your own yoga mat. A parent or guardian must be present during the duration of class.

Class is led by Jenna Columbia, a Certified Special Education Teacher & Certified Children’s Yoga Instructor
