Donations Pour In To Fair Lawn Family After Fire
The Milnes family was displaced after a fire ripped through their home Saturday night.

FAIR LAWN, NJ — More than $14,000 has been donated to a borough family who was displaced following a fire that severely damaged their home Saturday night.
The Milnes family lost many of their possessions in the two-alarm fire at their Pomona Avenue home. The fire started in the basement and spread to the first floor before firefighters extinguished it, police previously said.
The family was safely evacuated. Authorities are trying to determine what caused the fire, but it does not appear suspicious.
