Kessler Rehabilitation Center to present a FREE Seminar on the Prevention of Musculoskeletal Disorders

Learn how to prevent the risk of musculoskeletal disorders by attending a free seminar hosted by the Kessler Rehabilitation Center (www.kessler-pt.com) located at 33-00 Broadway, Suite 301, Fairlawn, N.J. on Thursday, February 9 from 7:00-8:00 p.m.

    Kessler physical therapists will present interesting and important information about ergonomics, exercise and stretches that can help to prevent carpal tunnel syndrome, neck pain and other problems.  Recommendations on selecting an appropriate desk chair, as well as computer set-up and positioning will also be discussed.
