Practicing meditation together on a monthly basis has enriching effects for beginners as well as regulars. Group meditation can make it easier to quiet the mind and experience deeper benefits. We discuss obstacles on the path as well as various benefits to encourage us to be consistent! Kirtan: Chanting uplifting vibratory sounds can also prepare us well for meditation and can be meditative in itself. Meditation will be lead by Vani Greene.
