Fair Lawn Pre-Teen Competes in Mother's Day Beauty Pageant

Fair Lawn resident Pamela Orozco will compete for a share of thousands of dollars in prizes and specialty gifts Sunday when she participates in the 2012 Miss Pre-Teen Newark pageant.

As part of the pageant, she'll participate in casual and formal wear modeling routines, and interview with this year's Newark judging panel. Interviews are especially important because personality is the primary aspect for which contestants are judged.

If Pamela were to win the title of Miss Pre-Teen Newark on Sunday, she'd represent Newark and surrounding communities at the National Competition in Orlando, Fla., where over $30,000.00 in prizes and awards will be presented. 

Pamela was selected for this year's pageant through an interview and application process conducted by the Newark pageant coordinator.
