We are excited to offer a 6 session Yoga series open to all levels (HS - Adults) individually tailored to meet varied physical needs. The focus is an introduction to basic physical yoga poses, healthy alignment, balance, breathing exercises, and relaxation. Introduce the practice of yoga into your lifestyle to create space for peace and to build strength in body, soul, and mind. PRIVATE/SMALL GROUP sessions may be arranged.
