Experience a 'Reggae Christmas' at Krazy Coconut on Saturday Night
The Morlot Avenue restaurant is hosting Caribbean band No Discipline at 9 p.m. Saturday.
The cold weather is setting in, but you can at least feel like you're celebrating the holidays in sunny Jamaica this Saturday night.
That's because Fair Lawn's Krazy Coconut restaurant will host "A Reggae Christmas" from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., featuring a buffet dinner and music from Caribbean band No Discipline. The band, formed by Al Bazaz on lead guitar and Mike Bazaz on rhythm guitar and vocals, has been going strong since 1983.
No Discipline records and performs their own songs, but also covers a wide selection of other Caribbean artists. The Bazaz brothers are joined by musicians on bass guitar, drums, steel drum, keyboard, and harmonica. The group has played at nightclubs, town concerts, colleges, and private parties.
