The following information is from a press release submitted to Patch:
New Jersey’s premier comic book convention, the Hawthorne High School Comic Convention, is back on May 14 for it’s sixth show. Join the students of the Cartooning and the Art Clubs as we present New Jersey’s premier comic book art gathering.
There will be appearances by comic book creators and dealers. Art lessons will be presented all day by the comic professionals and we will have our incredible auction of original comic art, graphic novels, rare comics and other great items. The convention is held to celebrate the great American art form, comics, and to raise funds for our high school’s talented art department.
