School's Outdoor Classroom cleared trees and repaired a woodchip path in celebration of Arbor Day and Earth Day.
A group of Fair Lawn students from the Lyncrest School helped beautify and repair some land near the Passaic River recently for Arbor Day and Earth Day.
Students from the school’s Outdoor Classroom program cleared fallen trees, reconstructed a woodchip path, and rebuilt a teaching station that was damanged after Superstorm Sandy.
The event was held in conjunction with the Passaic Valley Sewer Commission.
