No Contested Races, One New Candidate for Board of Education this Spring

There will be three uncontested races for this spring, according to the Fair Lawn School District.

Susan Gioia is the only new candidate in the field, joining incumbents John Mancinelli and Elyss Frenkel. Current board member Lisa Yourman will not seek re-election.

Community members had until 4 p.m. Tuesday to submit their petitions to run for open seats. The election is set for April 27.
