LAST CHANCE to voice your opinion at the Planning Board's last Master Plan Hearing regarding page 45 of the Master which gives Oceanos' restaurant the go ahead to apply for adding a catering hall, against the wishes of the majority of the neighboring residents. Removing the following 4 words from Page 45 would help to lesson the impact of the restaurant becoming a catering hall: "through ordinance modifications" and "functionality".
