The Cutters hosted a USSBA Indoor Competition over the weekend
One school's misfortune was the Cutters' gain as a last-minute cancellation allowed to host their first USSBA Indoor Guard and Percussion Show over the weekend.
Thirteen schools from New Jersey and Pennsylvania competed in four categories as a prelude to the championships to be held in Trenton in a few weeks. Nine schools participated in the Marching Band categories (Marching, Standstill and Concert). Fair Lawn placed second in the exciting drumline competition behind West Milford on Saturday.
The Cutters faired better in the Color Guard competition, where Fair Lawn took first place.
