What Can be Done to Improve Driving Safety in Fair Lawn?

The above-mentioned incidents are part of what has been a precarious driving month so far in Fair Lawn. Also on Feb. 1, as part of a $200 million local aid program administered by the New Jersey Department of Transportation, Fair Lawn received $150,000 for pedestrian safety improvements in the Broadway/Route 4 corridor. But outside of that grant, what can be done to improve driving safety in Fair Lawn?

At a meeting last October, the Borough Council such as signs reading "look both ways" before stop signs, as well as stop signs with flashing lights for traffic coming on and off Route 208. But now, Patch wants to hear what traffic safety measures you think Fair Lawn needs.
