Empowerment Home, LLC Announces Grand Opening of Innovative Day Program for Adults with Developmental Disabilities in Bordentown, NJ
Bordentown, NJ — April 1, 2026 — Empowerment Home, LLC is proud to announce the grand opening of its new Day Habilitation Program located at 625 Farnsworth Avenue in Bordentown, New Jersey. The program is designed to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through skill-building, wellness, and meaningful community engagement.
The grand opening celebration will take place on May 1, 2026, and will include tours of the facility, opportunities to meet the team, and a first-hand look at the program’s unique approach to helping individuals build independence and confidence.
Empowerment Home’s program offers a structured, supportive environment focused on four key areas: developing life skills, promoting healthy habits, managing behaviors with care and understanding, and building meaningful community connections.
The center features a variety of innovative spaces designed to provide hands-on learning and engaging daily experiences, including a culinary teaching kitchen, fitness and movement studio, creative arts and music rooms, indoor growing space, sensory area, and a technology-based learning lab.
“Our goal is to create a program that truly makes a difference in people’s lives,” said Krissy Jackiewicz, Owner of Empowerment Home, LLC. “We are focused on helping individuals grow, gain confidence, and feel connected—not just within our program, but in the community as a whole.”
In addition to on-site programming, participants will engage in community-based activities, including volunteering, social outings, and a unique Kindness Initiative, which encourages participants to give back and spread positivity throughout the community.
Empowerment Home’s services are authorized through the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and are designed to provide structured, person-centered support that promotes independence and personal growth.
