
Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty in Ridgefield (formerly Prudential Adamo Realty) recently announced real estate veteran Jeffrey David Halpern as Branch Manager.

Mr. Halpern started his real estate career in 1985, with The Cirkus Real Estate Group, in Clifton, a condominium conversion and new construction specialist. Within the first year was named Manager of the Residential/Resale Division, becoming a NJ licensed Broker in 1987. Within his 9 years at the company, he was a property manager, uncertified appraiser, member of the condominium conversion and new construction team and their Director of Marketing.

From there he was with start-up real estate firm for a management company in Wayne, known as Real Estate Concepts also becoming involved with the Board of Realtors as the Chairperson of the Cultural Diversity Committee. In 1996 he became Broker-Manager of Prudential Prime Realty in Wayne. During this time he was the foreclosure specialist for Anchor Savings & Dime Savings Bank.
He joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as a salesperson in 1998 in which he attained Gold Level of the Circle of Excellence and Platinum and Gold Level of the NJ Builders Assoc. Then named Broker-Manager of Coldwell Banker’s Metuchen-Edison office, of which he oversaw 85 sales associates.

He was hired by Prudential New Jersey Properties to manage their Morristown Office in March 2007, and as Director of Referral Associates of New Jersey, then most recently was Vice President of Coccia Realty, opening their fourth office, this one in Madison. There he hired over 20 Realtors within one year. At the same time as Director of Success Referrals, LLC.
