The Borough of Fort Lee's Health Department will be administering flu shots on Wednesdays and Fridays in October (10/21, 10/23, 10/28, 10/30); from 9am-11am. No appointment necessary, just drive-up to the Health Department (behind Borough Hall, 309 Main Street) and call 201-592-3500 x1103. There is a $5 fee (cash or check), however, the fee will be waived for Medicare Part B Participants. (Must bring card to have fee waived.)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Flu shot available for eligible individuals 6 months of age and older.
- Individuals with allergy to eggs will NOT be vaccinated.
- Everyone over the age of 2 is required to wear a mask.
- Please dress appropriately for easy access to arms or legs.
