NJ Man Escapes Police Custody, Caught In RI: Authorities
A burglary suspect who escaped from Palisades Park police custody on Thursday was arrested Sunday morning in Rhode Island, police said.

PALISADES PARK, NJ — A burglary suspect who escaped from Palisades Park police custody on Thursday was arrested Sunday morning in Rhode Island, police said.
Adilson Estrada-Garcia, 24, was a suspect in a Palisades Park burglary investigation, police said. He lives in Cliffside Park.
Palisades Park officers tracked him to Providence, R.I. and notified local authorities, as well as the U.S. Marshals Task Force, a news release said.

At 7:30 a.m. Sunday, the U.S. Marshals Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Estrada-Garcia. He is waiting to be transported back to New Jersey.
There was no record of Estrada-Garcia in either state prison system as of 2:45 p.m. Sunday. Officials did not specify any charges against him.
