Fort Lee 9/11 Memorial Service Is Tuesday

FORT LEE, NJ — A memorial service in memory of the victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks will be held in Constitution Park at 7 p.m. Tuesday, rain or shine.

Four Fort Lee residents were among the nearly 3,000 people who died in the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001:

• Hideya Kawauchi, 36
• Marco Motroni Sr., 57
• Masaru Ose, 36
• Yoichi Sugiyama, 34

Local officials and members of the Fort Lee emergency services, including the police department, fire department, and ambulance corps, will attend the service.
