Fort Lee Health Department To Host Free Summer Stress Relief Program

Participants will learn guided meditation techniques designed to promote calmness and emotional well-being.

FORT LEE, NJ — The Fort Lee Health Department is inviting residents to beat the summer heat and unwind during a free wellness program titled "Stay Cool & Calm as a Cucumber: Summer Stress Relief for Health & Well Being."

The session will take place on Thursday, Aug. 13, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Fort Lee Public Library, located at 320 Main Street.

Participants will learn guided meditation techniques designed to promote calmness and emotional well-being, along with practical stress management tools and techniques that can be used in everyday life.

The program will be presented by Jeri Kadison, MA, CCC-SLP, a meditation teacher and stress management and well-being coach. The event is sponsored by the Fort Lee Health Department in partnership with Holy Name.
