Please join us on Saturday, February 1 for a Solar Power Information Session for Homeowners! This free session will be held at the Fort Lee Public Library from 10am – noon where participants will hear how they can save on bills, save on taxes, make money, and how to be green. Attendees will learn how to reverse the electric meter in a process called “Net Metering”, and earn money from having a solar power panel installed at their home. This event will include an introduction by Councilwoman Ila Kasofsky, a speaker about how Net Metering works, and access to solar panel providers who signed up to interface with the public. Many electric customers are already enjoying the benefits of owning or leasing solar panels for their home so don’t wait to start learning more about solar power now!
