Fort Lee's Beautiful Foundation USA Highlights Spirit of ‘Sharing and Giving’

The second annual “Beautiful NANUM Market” took place Saturday at the Fort Lee Recreation Center. Proceeds from the event, which is organized by the Beautiful Foundation USA, will benefit a community organization or organizations that serve the underprivileged as recommended by the Borough of Fort Lee with the assistance of Cheryl Weston of the .

The only qualification is that the agency or organization has to fit the Fort Lee-based foundation’s mission and serve one of its target groups: Seniors, Youth, Victimized Women, Immigrants and Individuals with Disabilities.

Prior to the event, executive director of the Beautiful Foundation USA, Taehyo Park, spoke with Patch about the NANUM (meaning "sharing and giving") market and the larger mission of the nonprofit, charitable organization as it undergoes changes. (Full Story)
