Get Your Flu Shot On Wednesdays In November From The Fort Lee Health Dept

The Borough of Fort Lee's Health Department will be administering flu shots on Wednesday 10/28 and Friday 10/30 this week from 9am-11am. No appointment necessary, just drive-up to the Health Department (behind Borough Hall, 309 Main Street) and call 201-592-3500 x1103. There is a $5 fee (cash or check), however, the fee will be waived for Medicare Part B Participants. (Must bring card to have fee waived.)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Flu shot available for eligible individuals 6 months of age and older.
• Individuals with allergy to eggs will NOT be vaccinated.
• Everyone over the age of 2 is required to wear a mask.
• Please dress appropriately for easy access to arms or legs.
