Major Delays On GWB Sunday Due To 3-Car Accident
Traffic was backed up on route 80 for at least 90 minutes.

FORT LEE, NJ — A three-car crash on the lower level of the George Washington Bridge shut down that level for more than an hour Sunday.
The crash was reported at 2:40 p.m., said Joe Pentangelo, a Port Authority spokesman. Minor injuries were reported.
One lane on the lower level reopened at 3 p.m.; the other lanes reopened at 3:55 p.m., Pentangelo said.

There were 90-minute delays on Interstates 80 and 95 approaching the bridge Sunday afternoon, reported 511nj.org, the state-run traffic advisory website.
