Police Department wields nepotism in attempt to falsely criminalize innocent NJ family

In a February 1991 article for Life magazine, Lee Atwater wrote:
Very briefly, this story has to do with the local constabulary (“constabulary”), reaching right up to the Chief of Police’s office, participating in an extortion racket practicing cutting local nepotism. By actual and tacit role playing alike, intimidating and harassing a vulnerable local family silly, to disaffected victims gratuitously reduced to anguished distraction and stress overwhelming. In an at best civil litigation matter and really not even that, this constabulary, moved by rabid nepotism, wickedly endeavored doctoring a criminal case to scare the family into spontaneously capitulating before the extortion racket spun on behalf of a prominent town persona (“persona”). Together with an out of town family member who has been stalking the family in question, not excluding at work too, for the past year, said persona has been bent to hoary extortion targeting the said victim family. In person, by mail and phone, … on and on. Constabulary abetting such severe stalking in the process, which is easy to believe considering it has sought to intimidate the victim family very directly and openly itself, by attempting to creatively erect said false criminal case against it. In the process even adjudicating the case itself, usurping the [criminal] court’s jurisdiction, to begin demanding immediate payments from the patently non-owing victim family! All in all a new twist to the police excesses and brutality we have been made privy to from all across the US in recent months.

Moreover, one of the members of the victim family works for the town, a job which bears a dotted line to the constabulary function [in town]. As such, threats made by the constabulary also of loss of employment, as stacked intimidation, in pursuit of a very deeply nefarious enterprise spun. When the victim family pushed back in self-defense, the constabulary, now frightened about being caught in its own web of brazen lawlessness, even attempted to deploy brute force [of sorts] available to its official arsenal. Obviously, this constabulary and the persona parties, on whose behalf the former’s nepotism had surfaced to victimize an innocent town family, had, in cowardly calculation(s), expected to forthwith subdue the latter in its vulnerable state. The persona parties even resorted, once again, to the pure intimidation tactic of serving a civil complaint on the victims, sans any docket # and authentic summons, which they never followed through with by way of ever filing in court, itself an unlawful pursuit for using the courts for the sole purpose of beguiling to intimidate another. Before that a plethora of prevarications also attempted to entrap victims into acknowledging owing a non-existent debt, which during the doctored criminal process prior was a “robbery, scam, fraud, embezzlement forgery, …” and even there without meeting the strict legal definitions of any of those purported crimes. Imagine both the criminal and civil process boldly abused in the service of an extortion racket, when payments made [by the persona] to the victimized parties were actually for consulting work the latter had done!?!? Then only partial payments made, stringing the other along with respect to delivering full payment(s)!
In pushing back, the victimized family, fortunately well versed in the law, read the opposing predatory parties (including the constabulary) a self-defensive riot act. Copiously and exhaustively recording in writing the seedy opponent’s murky record of misdeeds, weaving the appropriate legal (including due process pertinent) arguments in, victims forwarded same to both the persona parties and their co-conspiring constabulary partners alike. This record remains scrupulously and conspicuously undisputed to this day, after a year’s worth of harassment monumental inflicted on the victimized family.

Very recently party of the persona renewed personal and physical stalking of the victim(s), in a manner as to give rise to concerns of physical harm possibly contemplated. The victimized family promptly launched a complaint with the Chief of Police’s office, to the point of the enclosed publishing the latter has done nothing about it. Not so much as a stray peep from those quarters, remaining studiously silent , which only goes to, again and further, demonstrate its deep-seated and on-going complicity with persona parties. At which point victim(s) compelled to authorize present publishing of their story, looking for the harsh glare of the public arena as defense for an alarming situation so anticipated in the enclosed matter.
If the above story beggars credulity, this is merely a function of the highly predatory, soiled, sullied, proper value-system crippled, … times we live in the U.S. today! Constabulary, which is mandated to protect citizens, should become a predator unto itself, is indeed the “beauty” of the sorry times we all live in now in these United States of America of ours!
