Tree Down On Palisade Avenue In Fort Lee

Police are working to remove the tree.

FORT LEE, NJ — A tree has fallen across Palisades Avenue and is blocking traffic, police report.

The tree fell on Palisade Avenue and Euclid Street, police said. Motorist should avoid the area until the tree is removed. Expect delays in the area.

A large tree limb fell on a Glen Rock house Thursday following the brief, but powerful, storm that swept across North Jersey. Trees also fell on top of and destroyed a 19th century barn in Ridgewood, Daily Voice reported.
