MONMOUTH COUNTY, NJ — Five high schools in the Monmouth County Vocational School District (MCVSD) have ranked among the highest average SAT scores in New Jersey, the Board of County Commissioners recently announced.
In a statement from Thomas A. Arnone, the Commissioner Director, Arnone said that the scores earned by students across the district are “a testament to their hard work, determination, and pursuit of excellence.”
“Having multiple MCVSD schools ranked among New Jersey’s highest-performing high schools demonstrates the strength of the district’s academic programs and the dedication of its educators," he continued. "We congratulate these students on an achievement that brings tremendous pride to Monmouth County.”
Students from MCVSD earned some of the highest SAT scores in New Jersey. Details are as follows:
“These rankings further reinforce what we have long known: MCVSD provides students with exceptional opportunities to succeed at the highest levels,” said Commissioner Deputy Director Dominick “Nick” DiRocco, liaison to the MCVSD.
“Whether pursuing careers in science, technology, healthcare, communications, or the trades, MCVSD students consistently distinguish themselves through academic excellence and innovation," DiRocco continued. "We applaud their accomplishments and look forward to seeing all they will achieve in the future.”
