FREEHOLD, NJ — GAP is set to open its doors at Freehold Raceway Mall with a Grand Opening Celebration this weekend.
From Friday through Sunday, the store will host its opening celebration with a weekend of exclusive activations and gifts.
Starting at 10 a.m. on Friday until 2 p.m., GAP will partner with NYC cult-favorite embroidery vendor Abbode on custom, exclusive embroidery designs — complimentary with purchase, while supplies last.
Throughout the entire weekend, shoppers will also be able to enjoy a gift with purchase from viral cake vendor The Dot Cakes, available while supplies last.
"Gap's arrival marks an exciting addition to Freehold Raceway Mall's growing retail lineup," mall officials said. "A mainstay of American casual fashion for more than five decades, Gap is known for the wardrobe essentials — denim, T-shirts, hoodies, and great-fitting pants — that help shoppers express their own personal sense of style."
While the store's grand opening celebration will officially begin on Friday, GAP will open to the public during mall hours on Wednesday.
The new store is one of the latest developments at the mall, joining new dining locations, shops and renovations.
GAP is located on the lower level of the mall in the Dick's House of Sport wing.
