Happy Valentine’s Day week, readers.  Or, as a friend said to me, “Happy Lonely Hearts Day.” Even if love has eluded you this year, there’s no reason to pout!  Here are some sales and events to cheer you up for the week of Feb. 14.

Build-A-Bear Workshop debuts new stuffed animals Feb. 15.  Stop by to check out the new build-a-bears smallfrys 2^nd collection as well as the 4-Leaf Clover Teddy (because Valentine’s Day is so yesterday, it’s time for St. Patty’s).

Chico’s is running a sweepstakes from now until Feb. 27. Enter in the store for a chance to win one of three $5,000 shopping sprees with Chico’s style expert Sher Canada.

Skechers is giving you a few extra days to enjoy their “Sweetheart of a Sale.” Until Feb. 16, get 20 percent off select styles.

Sleep Number by Select Comfort has a final closeout sale: save 50 percent on the Sleep Number Limited Edition Bed, while supplies last. All other beds are also discounted, until Feb. 27.
