Building a Culture of Health in New Jersey means creating changes that result in healthy choices!

Building a Culture of Health in New Jersey means creating changes that will surround kids and families in every community with opportunities to make healthy choices. Discussion will include how health is linked to health care; how policy and environment changes can better support children, family and community life; how equity is connected to opportunity; and how private and public decision-making impacts health. This conference will explore how New Jersey must balance the cost, benefits and effectiveness of treatment and prevention to improve the health of all residents.
People who should attend: Early Care/Health Educators, Health Care Providers, School Administrators, School Nurses, School/ PE Teachers, Dietitians, Food Service Providers, Municipal/Transportation Planners, Local Health Departments, Wellness Councils, Parents, and Policy Makers
