Conservation Group Cancels Freehold Event Featuring Congressman
The NJ League of Conservation Voters cancelled an Aug. 7 event in Freehold due to a change in Rep. Andy Kim's official travel schedule.
FREEHOLD, NJ — A New Jersey League of Conservation Voters event that was to be held Aug. 7 in Freehold, featuring Rep. Andy Kim, D-NJ, has been cancelled.
"The Congressman's schedule for official travel has recently changed, and the event is cancelled," said Allison McLeod, policy director for the League.
The event was a fundraiser for the New Jersey League of Conservation Voters and was to feature Kim as a speaker on environmental issues.
