A candlelight vigil will be held at the Freehold Borough Sept. 11 Memorial in front of Borough Hall. The ceremony will include the presentation of colors, a benediction, a reading of the names of each Monmouth County victim and a wreath laying ceremony. The event will also include a performance by a local choir and a bagpiper playing "Amazing Grace."
