The Jewish Heritage Museum of Monmouth County will show the film "A Matter of Size" on Jan. 29 at 2 p.m. at a cost of $7, $5 for museum members.
Directed by Erez Tadmor and starring Togo Igawa. Levana Finkelstein, Alon Dahan, and Dvir Benedek, this comedy concerns four overweight friends from the Israeli city of Ramle, who are fed up with dieting and the weight loss club they belong to.
Herzl has been struggling with his weight eversince he was a child, and his overbearing mother doesn't make it easy on him. When he loses his job as a cook and starts washing dishes in a Japanese restaurant, Herzl discovers the world of Sumo, where large people are honored and appreciated.
