Volunteer Tutor Training

Literacy Volunteers will be holding a volunteer tutor training at the Neptune Public LIbrary beginning Thursday, September 27th through Thursday, November 1st, from 9:30am to 12:30 pm.  This training is open to adults aged 18 years and older who have graduated high school and who wish to help other adults needing to improve their English literacy skills in reading, writing or conversational English.  This is a six week, 18 hour training, meeting each Thursday.  Cost is $45 for books and materials.
