Freehold Borough Accepting Sidewalk Replacement Applications
The borough partners with residents to replace sidewalks with code deficiencies in the Sidewalk Improvement Program.

Freehold Borough is accepting applications for its spring 2012 Sidewalk Improvement Program.
The municipality will pay for half the expense of replacing sidewalks with any code deficiencies, while the resident will be responsible for the second half. Freehold Borough will enter into an agreement with a qualified contractor to perform the work, and the property owner will be advised of the cost before work begins.
Repairs are limited to sidewalk deficiencies. These code deficiencies may have resulted from uplifted tree roots, decay, or any other unsafe conditions.
