Jersey City Man Threw Bodily Fluid at Corrections Officer, Authorities Say
Five-count indictment includes a charge of aggravated assault on a corrections officer.

A 22-year-old Jersey City man allegedly assaulted and threw bodily fluids at a Monmouth County corrections officer at the jail in Freehold Township.
Anthony Shuler was indicted on five counts by a Monmouth County grand jury this week, with the charges ranging from aggravated assault on a corrections officer to making terroristic threats, according to court documents.
The first count of the indictment is for third degree terroristic threats for the May 14 incident. He was also indicted on three counts of third degree aggravated assault on a corrections officer. The fifth count of the indictment is third degree aggravated assault--throwing bodily fluid.
