Join us on Friday, April 10, 2015, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, at Fireside Grill and Bar in Marlboro New Jersey as Jersey Cookie Girl, Nicole Borota shares with us her love for cookies.

Jersey Cookie Girl was founded in 2011, when owner Nicole Borota, a trained architect, turned full-time mother and needed a creative outlet.

Choosing to express herself through the edible art of “cookies” she enjoys working with people, creating and sharing in the results of the collaboration.

“Creating a tangible item from a person’s thoughts and words is very exhilarating and fulfilling,” Nicole explains. She loves that her cookies have the ability to brighten anyone’s day.

Expanding to custom sugar cookies for all occasions with unique designs that add a one of kind detail to any event, she continues to dream big and sees a store front in her future.
