JERSEY CITY – The Law Office of Patel & Soltis today announced the opening of a new and conveniently located office at 574 Newark Avenue, Suite 307, in Jersey City, New Jersey. This new location is directly across the street from the Hudson County Superior Court and only a 3-block walk from the Journal Square terminal. It is also accessible via many bus lines.

“We gave careful consideration in selecting this location, we wanted our clients to have a convenient and easy way to get to our office,” said Mr. Patel. “Many of our clients are facing legal and economic challenges, and getting to our office should not be an additional burden for them.”
Patel Continued: “Our firm specializes in Foreclosure Defense Litigation, Loan Modification, Bankruptcy, Trust and Estates, and Immigration. In this new location, we will continue to expand these practice areas, but will also add real estate closings as a new practice area. This will truly make us a one-stop shop for our clients.”
Derek Soltis, an attorney licensed to practice law in New York was also very excited about the relocation. “Although we have an office in New York, much of the back-office and preparation for the New York cases is handled at our New Jersey location. Our new office has the space to satisfy our current needs while allowing for growth.”
Soltis continued, “Our new location coincides with our expanded Pro Bono efforts and bringing on a Winter Class of interns who are all licensed attorneys in their home countries who are working towards licensure.
