Man Exposed Himself, Touched Freehold Twp. Girl's Butt: Police

FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP, NJ -- An Ocean County man has been charged with aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare a child he was caring for after he showed the girl his genitals and touched her bare butt, according to a criminal complaint.

Mark D. Robicheau, 54, of Lakewood, is being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Institute in lieu of $150,000 bail, no 10 percent, in connection with the incident in Freehold Township, according to jail records. He was arrested Feb. 28, according to court records.

He is accused of exposing his genitals and displaying pornographic images of himself and others to a female under the age of 13 from Freehold Township, according to the complaint. The girl was identified in the complaint only by her initials. He also is accused of putting his hands on her bare buttocks, according to the complaint.

He is charged with aggravated sexual assault by engaging in sexual conduct with a child under the age of 13 and being more than four years older than the victim, and endangering the welfare of a child by engaging in sexual conduct that impairs or debauches the morals of a child whom he had responsibility to care for, according to the complaint.

Monmouth County Superior Court Judge Ronald Reisner also ordered Robicheau to have no further contact with the victim as a condition of bail.
