60 lbs of assorted vegetables at a cost $100 This is direct from the farmer with no markup and at cost from VOLUNTEER Group.
Approx. 1/3 assorted squash, butternut, acorn, buttercup, carrots, rutabaga, beets, parsnips, turnips, and radishes.
12 lbs of root crops. 15 lbs of potatoes and onions. Including fingerling potatoes and other varieties. Green and red cabbages. Possibly cauliflower and Brussel sprouts.
