Anonymous donor gives $125M to Hackensack Meridian Health (binje.com) — Freehold residents could soon see expanded access to urgent care, diagnostics, and primary care as Hackensack Meridian Health plans new regional Health & Wellness Centers in towns including Freehold. Fueled by a record $125 million anonymous donation, the network is also significantly expanding Jersey Shore University Medical Center and Riverview Medical Center to boost emergency and specialty services across Monmouth County.
   

5. Freshman scores three in second half to push Freehold Boro past Monmouth (nj.com subscription) — Freehold Borough field hockey fans have something to cheer about today, as freshman Nora Santonacita's three second-half goals powered Boro to a 4-1 win over Monmouth in Tinton Falls. With all three of her goals assisted by Jacqueline Teles, Freehold Borough dominated shots and penalty corners to improve to 2-3 on the season.
