Up to two hours before hitting the hay, hop in your hot tub for up to 20 minutes. This will help you fall asleep faster and enjoy a deeper sleep. You can even listen to soothing tunes as you relax during this time.

How else can you fall asleep more quickly?

  • Nixing the caffeine in the afternoon and evening hours
  • Turning down the temperature, as cooler environments=better sleep
  • Turning off the TV and other electronics
  • Using room darkening shades
  • Sleeping in a quiet room
