Councilwoman Ullman to Audition For Wendy Williams Show
Audition is scheduled for Wednesday morning.

Galloway Township Councilwoman Whitney Ullman is comfortable in front of a camera. She has appeared on NBC40 news for Atlantic City Weekly's Entertainment Minute, has walked the runway at New Jersey Fashion Week, and has hosted fashion shows at the Hamilton Mall and Boogie Nights.
"I've done modeling and acting for many years," she said. "I just think it's a lot of fun."
On Wednesday Ullman will have an opportunity to appear on a nationally syndicated show. After an online application process and after submitting photos, she has been chosen to audition for a fall fashion segment on The Wendy Williams Show.

Ullman said she saw that the show was looking for models on Facebook and decided to submit an application. She was then contacted by the show and asked to send more photos before finally being invited to audition.
"It's a field that I've always been interested in," she said. "I've been in that type of field since I was 16 years old...I like being a part of things. I like helping put together fashion events and like being a part of them myself."

Ullman also said that she respects Wendy William's rise to television prominence as well, because Williams went from radio to television and Ullman has also hosted radio shows and appeared locally on television.
Ullman said she would love to appear on the show not only as part of a fashion segment, but also as a networking expert.
"I like forging relationships between people," she said. "That's my biggest passion."
Ullman also runs WIN Promotions & Consulting, which, according to her website, "helps clients form proven networking strategies in order to increase their contact databases."
Ullman has served as a Republican Councilwoman in Galloway Township since January of 2010, when she was sworn in with Mayor Don Purdy and Dennis Kleiner.
