Academy of Culinary Arts Announces 30th Anniversary Dinners Featuring Alumni Chefs

In honor of its 30th anniversary, the Academy of Culinary Arts will host a series of special dinners this fall at Careme’s, the on-campus, student-run gourmet restaurant, featuring the culinary talents of some of ACA’s top graduates.

 

Wednesday, Dec. 7: Chef Michael Williams, ’92, executive chef, Izakaya in Borgata.

Monday, Dec. 12: Chef Mike Stollenwerk, ’99, chef/owner, Fish, Little Fish and Fathom Seafood House restaurants in Philadelphia.   

Chefs will prepare a special five-course meal featuring specialties from their restaurants. Seating is at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $30. For reservations, contact Danays Alvarado at (609) 343-5623.
