Wine Education & Cooking Classes "Olive Oils and Balsamic"

This class will focus on

cooking with olive oils and balsamic vinegar.

The menu will feature fresh mozzarella

and various olive oil tastings, balsamic

glazed chicken breast with figs. Olive oil

poached cod fish, pork tenderloin with 8

year old balsamic vinegar. You will also be

educated and enjoy various wines that will

enhance the flavors of the foods. This

unique dining experience is priced at $55
