Galloway Council is the Boy Who Cried Wolf
Only with development, says Ersi Tollja.

To the editor:
When we were children, our parents taught us about the story of "the boy who cried wolf." The people got tired of the boy because there was never a wolf when he cried out. In 2012, this timeless fable should be renamed "the council that cried development." At (Tuesday) night's council meeting, Deputy Mayor Tony Coppola said βWe need ratables. I hope we can tip the scales.β
As Galloway residents, we've heard this time and time again. For years, we have heard about the need to bring in new developers into the town. We have heard about the need to transform the Lennox property and create new jobs in Galloway. The time for talk is over and the time for action is now. We don't want Galloway to end up like the boy in the fable.
