Galloway Council to Hold Budget Workshop Before Tuesday's Council Meeting
The workshop begins at 5 p.m., and action may be taken.

The workshop for the 2012 fiscal budget takes place Tuesday night, April 10, prior to the council's regularly scheduled meeting. Previously scheduled for April 3, it was postponed a week when the township was unable to get it advertised 48 hours before it was to be scheduled.
The workshop begins at 5 p.m., and according to the township's website, formal action may be taken.The regularly scheduled council meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. The agenda for the meeting can be found, in full, below.

The Galloway Township Council welcomes participation of interested organizations and individuals during regular, as well as, special meetings. However, in order for the Council to conduct the business of the Township

Ordinances and Resolution STATEMENTS
127-12 Refund of Taxes due to Overpayments
This Resolution refunds overpayments on taxes due to appeals & overpayments.
128-12 Extend Time Period for Municipalities to Expend Collected Development Fees
This Resolution supports legislation that would further extend the time period a municipality must commit to expending the collected development fees in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund by an additional 4 yrs.
129-12 Auth Purchase of Proprietary Software Interface w/New World Systems
This Resolution authorizes the purchase of software necessary to have E-Ticketing & livescan interface w/the CAD system & to upgrade the ARC GIS-MSP upgrade currently utilized by the PD; the Contract is awarded to New World Systems in the amt of $38,500.
130-12 Release Maintenance Guarantee/Parkview Professional Plaza
This Resolution releases the maint guarantee in the amt of $37,012.86, as the site improvements have been maintained.
