Graduate Research Symposium at Stockton College Monday

The event showcases research by master's degree candidates.

The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey issued the following press release this week:

The Graduate Research Symposium, hosted by the School of Graduate and Continuing Studies at The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, will showcase research by master’s degree candidates in the Campus Center Event Room on Monday, Dec. 8 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.

A unique educational and networking event, the Graduate Research Symposium encourages interdisciplinary exchange, bringing together graduate students from the sciences and humanities.

The Fall 2014 Symposium will include 30 presentations from eight programs including American Studies, Communication Disorders, Computational Science, Environmental Science, Holocaust and Genocide Studies, Instructional Technology, Nursing, and Social Work programs.

“The graduate students’ projects signify their commitments to practitioner-based research, academic excellence, and are comprised in oral and poster presentations,” said Dr. Lewis Leitner, dean of the School of Graduate and Continuing Studies.
