Grief For Egg Harbor Township Man Fatally Struck By Car
A GoFundme has been started to support Jose Santiago's funeral expenses.

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, NJ — Jose Santiago was always happy. He used his uplifting energy to express his love for music and dance. Santiago, 33, died Sept. 2 after a driver fatally struck him on the Black Horse Pike in Egg Harbor Township, police said.
A GoFundMe has been launched to support his funeral expenses. The page has raised $5,755 of the $7,400 goal as of Monday afternoon.
"He was a loving son, grandson, nephew, uncle, cousin and friend," the GoFundMe says. "He cared dearly for his loved one and with every greeting you felt it. His vibrant smile and personality will always be embedded in our memories."

Zenaida Guzman, Santiago's aunt, will receive the fund's raised.

Several people have left comments honoring Santiago's memory.
"I’ve known this family for very long and I know how hard it can be when something so hard and unexpected happens my prayers and thoughts are with you guys god will give you guys the strength to get through this," said Vanessa Colon.
"He was an all around dope human being always happy always dancing, said Freidalyz Mojica. "His light was put out too soon."
"Gone Way to soon ! The thought of never being able to see that smile again is heart breaking ! We Love You Primo," said Xiomara Nunez.
