Lisa Tilton Rescinds Planning Board Resignation
Lisa Tilton will serve on the planning board until her resignation as township clerk takes effect on Oct. 3.

Lisa Tilton, who , rescinded her resignation from the planning board on Monday, her attorney has confirmed.
Her resignation as township clerk was part of a deal reached with the township which would dismiss all disciplinary action taken against Tilton.
"Part of what the disciplinary action required her to do was to resign from the planning board," said David Castellani, Tilton's attorney. "All disciplinary action taken against her was expunged, and no one was appointed to take her place, so she is entitled to resume her position."
